Weekly Clean Our Signature Clean is backed by a 50point checklist to ensure nothing goes unnoticed. Every time we come, we'll do a little something extra, too!
Note: Our Weekly Clean is also available twice weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Life happens- and L4D wants to be as flexible as you have to be in today's fast paced world!
One-Time Clean: We're available to do a one-time clean to accomodate your needs. Inquire with us about rates!
Note: All one-time cleans require a complimentary walk through estimate in order to accurately quote a price.
Seasonal Clean: Have us tackle that spring cleaning- your home will never feel cleaner or smell fresher.
Move-in/Move Out Clean: Clients frequently request a deep clean prior to moving into a new home- nothing feels better than knowing you're starting off fresh. Alternately, we can help you with the daunting task that a move-out clean presents. (Many landlords require this in apartment leases in order for a security deposit to be refunded.) We will do everything we can to make sure you get your money back. (while you focus on other, more important things, like picking out new decor and packing up boxes.)
Organization Consult: We will perform a professional in-home evaluation of the area that requires organization. Included in the consult is a game plan to corral the clutter; and if needed, a local shopping trip (up to 1 hr.) to buy needed organizational supplies. We will work with you to find a solution that works for your busy lifestyle!
Note: Up to 1 hour of organization consulting will be provided complimentary when you purchase a block of time longer than 6 hours from our professional organizer.
Professional Organization: For a block of time predetermined during your consult, we will work with you or independently (based upon your preference) to organize your chosen area(s). From closets to cabinets, we can transform your space and corral the clutter.
Note: You may "add on" an hour of organization to your Signature Clean by providing advance notice.
